This release makes it faster to create in Boki and gives articles full version history. Here is what shipped.
Create anything from one menu
You can now create anything in Boki from a single menu. The workspace header opens one creation menu for articles, briefs, plans, insights, promotions, posts, and short links, so you start what you need without moving between separate pages. For a content marketer switching between formats in a day, this keeps creation in one place so you can start the next piece without leaving where you are.
Full version history for articles
Articles now have full version history. You can see what changed between versions with additions and removals marked, preview an earlier version before you act on it, and follow a clearer autosave status as you work. For an editor reviewing a draft, this means you can check exactly what changed and restore an earlier version knowing what you are bringing back.
Start a chat from an opportunity
You can now start a chat straight from an opportunity. Ask Boki carries the opportunity’s context into a new chat, so you begin with the details already in place. For a growth marketer working through opportunities, this means you can move from spotting one to acting on it without setting up the context again.
Create a workspace through AI onboarding
You can now create a new workspace through AI onboarding. Existing members can start a workspace with a website, or continue with just a workspace name when there is no website to add, and a URL entered during signup or sign-in carries into onboarding so you do not re-enter it. For a founder setting up another workspace, this brings the work into the same guided flow as your first one.
Filter scheduled posts and short links
The social scheduler and short links now have filters. The scheduler adds filters for social account and creation time, so you can narrow a busy schedule to what you are looking for, and short-link views add click information and date filtering. For a social media marketer managing posts across accounts, this makes a specific post or link easier to find.
Improvements
We refined how AI Search Readiness scoring works.
- It now separates source-backed readiness assessments from observed Google AI visibility, and shows an explicit unavailable state when an assessment cannot be made, instead of a placeholder score.
Additional fixes
-
Article editing protects your unsaved changes across autosave, refresh, collaboration, and version restore.
-
Onboarding handles rejected or changed website URLs, workspace names, and sign-in redirects more reliably.
-
Workspace loading now shows a consistent loading state, and sign-in no longer shows a duplicate success message.
